Global Leader Scorecard

Purpose:

Create an evaluation scale for global citizens’ contributions. Evaluation criteria are based on the standard value of global citizens and on the parameters of space, time, enormity of influence and imprint, thereby quantifying the achievements and contributions of citizens for humanity. Assess each citizen on the basis of quantification and honor the citizens who have made outstanding contributions to humanity. Therefore scoring encourages others to live and work towards the right values.

 

  1. Conception of Value Determination:
  • 1st Distinguished value: Great creation, initiation and pioneer, enlightenment to others, great invention, creative masterpieces, doctrines that promote society development. Creation of creative intellectual businesses, policies that promote innovation and sustainable development of society and countries.
    • They are: thinkers, inventors, creative leaders, noble servicemen, renowned artists, great natural scientists, the creators of major events, and social innovators.
  • 2nd Distinguished value: Create new products and services with high intellectual content and creativity. Construct initiatives and solutions to promote the development of society. Build intellectual businesses that generate innovational effects toward sustainable development. Create policies that have the effect of renewing and developing society sustainably. Produce media items (newspapers, magazines, television channels, events) that have great influence in society, high-value culturally and artistically.
    • They are: creators, thought leaders, creative business leaders, creative artists, politicians, government and civil society organization leaders (citizen, civil organizations) with broad and positive influence in society, and technology creators.
  • 3rd Distinguished value: Volunteer, contribute and help others achieving better lives with personal abilities and resources such as: time, financial support.
    • They are: charitable individuals, volunteers who sacrifice for civilization, peaceful, secure, creative and loving society.

 

  1. Recognition parameters: 3 parameters of Space, Time and Degree
  • The sphere of effect on Space.
  • The scope of effect on Time.
  • Degree of imprint:
    • Change the world, make people live a better life in terms of material or spiritual conditions.
    • Explore, explain about the natural world and about people.
    • Make the premise for achievements in science, technology and social innovation that people should become more civilized and humane.
    • Inspire other people to live better and more humane lives.

Evaluate the degree of imprint through those parameters.

  • Mass audiences.

  1. Scale of Points:
    • 1st Distinguished value

Evaluation bases on 3 parameters: 1. Scope of action; 2. Time of application; 3. Degree of effect on society.

  • Level 1C: Everlasting – Exceptionally helpful and global effect, making mark that changes the world (Highest points possible: 600)
  • Level 2C: Preeminent – Helpful and effect widely felt around the world (Highest points possible: 500)
  • Level 3C: Outstanding – Effect applied in many countries, mostly civilized ones (Highest points possible: 400)
  • Level 4C: Distinguished – Influence in multi – country areas (Highest points possible: 300)
  • Level 5C: Excellent – Greatly influential and creates changes in a country (Highest points possible: 200

 

  • 2nd Distinguished value

Evaluation bases on 3 parameters: 1. Scope of action; 2. Time of application; 3. Degree of imprint in society

  • Level 1I: Influencing in multi – country area, in which countries are civilized similar to G7 countries (Highest points possible: 350)
  • Level 2I: Influencing in multi – country area (Highest points possible: 300)
  • Level 3I: Greatly influential and create changes in a country (Highest points possible: 250)
  • Level 4I: Greatly influential in one country (Highest points possible: 200)

 

  • 3rd Distinguished value

Evaluation bases on 3 parameters: 1. Scope of action; 2. Time of application; 3. Degree of imprint in society

  • Level 1V: Influencing in multi – country area, in which countries are civilized similar to G7 countries (Highest points possible: 250)
  • Level 2V: Influencing in multi – country area (Highest points possible: 200)
  • Level 3V: Greatly influential in one country (Highest points possible: 150)
  1. Class of Values:

The noble hierarchy, honors influencers that contribute a lot and able to inspire, lead society, in other words, a world leader.  Corresponding to the points achieved, their contribution will be divided into 5 classes as follows:

  • The First Class: Everlasting Global Leader – from 800 points and up
  • The Second Class: Preeminent Global Leader – from 700 to 799 points
  • The Third Class: Outstanding Global Leader – from 600 to 699 points
  • The Fourth Class: Distinguished Global Leader – from 500 to 599 points
  • The Fifth Class: Excellent Global Leader – from 400 to 499 points
  • From 300 to 399 points: Leader.
  • From 220 to 299 points: Distinguished Global Citizen
  • From 200 to 219 points: Global Citizen

Any citizen will achieve the class of Global Citizen when he/she receives the Global Citizen Certificate with the base points of 200.

 

  1. Recognition Mechanism:
    • Self – evaluation

Based on the scoring guidelines, each global citizen will evaluate his or her results and enter the corresponding points in the self-assessment global leader scorecard.

  • Global Citizenship Development Council and Global Citizenship Education Network Recognition:

Global citizens submit data, evidence of their achievements to the Global Citizenship Development Council of the Global Citizens Education Network, the Council will, then, evaluate and enter corresponding points in the Global Citizen Education Network evaluation box.

  1. Evidence and data regarding citizens’ achievement
  • Achievement is recorded on newspapers, magazines, websites of reputable organizations and official information channels
  • Published official documents, books and articles
  • Result of profit if it is a business product
  • Number of product’s accepted, type of product’s acceptance
  • Awards, Tittles
  • Confirmation from reputable organizations, outstanding individuals
